Returns & Exchanges:

We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

To return an item, please email contact us and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with

  4. Your request.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us and include

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request and most importantly

  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

Most orders go into production 20 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please contact us and include:
